材料:
雞翼 2 磅
南乳 1 磚
紹興酒 2 湯匙
砂糖 1½ 茶匙
老抽 1 湯匙
生抽 1 湯匙
麻油 1 湯匙
制法:
(1)雞翼先用鹽水浸 30 分鐘除去雪味;
(2)將南乳、紹興酒、糖、老抽、生抽及麻油拌勻醃雞翼 1 晚;
(3)放雞翼入焗爐以 200 度焗 30 分鐘。
