建議食法︰
1. 加凍脫脂奶快食...(因為覺得淋左唔脆就好難食)
2. 加低脂乳酪同鮮果當甜品食 ^^
P.S. 大型超市(百佳、惠康或吉之島)都有得買~
試後感︰
一條條脆卜卜味道不錯,因為怕淋,所以只係一匙牛奶加幾條咁食!
都冇咩特別...但我只係食左約大半碗既份量+1盒脫脂奶...依家等緊成效!
