豚肉雜菌炒烏冬
材料:
豬肉 90克
烏冬 1個
蟹柳 4條
椰菜 1/2碗
雜菌 1/2碗
紅蘿蔔 少許
調味料:
蠔油 2湯匙
油 1茶匙
豬肉醃料:
豉油 1茶匙
生粉 少許
胡椒粉 少許
做法:
1. 豬肉切條,用醃料把豬肉醃好。
2. 椰菜及紅蘿蔔洗淨,切絲;雜菌洗淨;蟹柳切小粒。
3. 燒熱鑊,下油,將所有材料加入炒熟,最後加入蠔油兜勻,即成。
