材料:
低脂忌廉200克
淡忌廉100克
瑪莉餅10片
代糖3茶匙
白糖3茶匙
做法:
1. 用打蛋器將忌廉、白糖及代糖打至軟滑;暫時放進冰箱內;
2. 將瑪莉餅弄碎;
3. 將打好的忌廉及餅乾碎以一層層的方法放進小杯內;
4. 放入冰箱內2小時即成。
