材料:
三文魚240克
泰國蘆筍1盒
天使麵(熟)2碗
蜆肉12隻
調味料:
蒜頭少許
辣椒少許
黑胡椒
做法:
1. 先烚熟天使麵及蘆筍,
2. 將蒜頭加入1茶匙油起鑊,再放入蜆肉,加入半杯水煮天使麵;
3.將三文魚加進少許黑胡椒調味,用易潔鑊煎熟魚柳,伴以天使麵及蘆筍即成。
